MotorsElec undertakes to process and ship the order the same day, regardless of its size or destination.
If the order is recorded and settled before 5:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and before 4:00 p.m., Friday (excluding public holidays).
These general conditions of sale on the Internet exclusively govern all relations between MotorsElec and the customer.
They may be modified at any time by MotorsElec. Prior to any transaction, you acknowledge having read these general conditions of sale and expressly declare that you accept them as soon as you have validated your order.
You acknowledge that you have full legal capacity or have the authorization of the authorized person to commit to these general conditions of sale.
The photos have no contractual value.
Title retention clause
The goods remain the property of MotorsElec until full payment has been received by our company.
Satisfied or refunded
MotorsElec agrees to exchange or refund unused merchandise(s) that do not give you complete satisfaction.
The goods must be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery, in their original packaging and well protected. Exceeded this period, a reduction of 30% will be applied between 15 and 30 days, 50% between 31 and 60 days, and no refund beyond. After having contacted us with your purchase order number, a return form will be sent to you by email, any return of goods without this return form will not be processed.
Any preparation, shipping or return costs will then be your responsibility, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
Items returned incomplete, soiled, with traces of assembly or damaged by the customer will not be taken back.
For any order cancellation or refusal by the customer to receive the package from the carrier, we will deduct from the reimbursement €10.00 excluding tax plus 3% of the total amount excluding tax of the canceled order, in consideration for the damage and costs caused by this cancellation.
The refund will be made after receipt and control of the goods by MotorsElec within a maximum period of 14 working days.
Guarantee
All our goods are sold with a supplier's guarantee for use with absolute respect for technical data and safety instructions. Users must ensure before implementing a product or material that it is exactly suitable for its use.
For equipment, the warranty is strictly limited to the exchange of defective parts, without payment of labor and without liability for accidents to persons or things that may result. The equipment cannot be accepted under warranty, for example for incorrect assembly carried out by customers, inappropriate use, disassembly, lack of maintenance. After having contacted us with your purchase order number, a return form will be sent to you by email, any return of goods without this return form will not be processed.
Delivery
MotorsElec makes deliveries in Metropolitan France (including Corsica & Monaco) from Monday to Friday except public holidays.
The goods will be delivered exclusively to the address indicated when ordering. If during a multiple order, the goods were to be delivered later, the possible contribution of the shipping costs would only be invoiced once. In the event that the products ordered are deliverable on different dates, given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time.
In case of impossibility for the driver to deliver at home (absent customer, imprecise address, ...), the parcel will be automatically deposited in parcel relay or at the post office depending on the carrier.
MotorsElec cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
In the event of a delay in shipment of more than 1 working day, an email will be sent to you offering you the maintenance or cancellation of the order, in this case, and as long as the product is not sent, you can always cancel it. at no cost.

Complaint
All goods must be checked for their good condition in the presence of the deliverer.
If the delivery is accepted by the customer, complaints of conformity on the condition of the part can no longer be admissible.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 06.01.78, you have the right to access and rectify or delete data concerning you from MotorsElec.
MotorsElec undertakes not to transfer the personal data thus collected to a third party with the exception of any contractual partner.
Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the commercial court of Grasse (06) will be the only competent jurisdiction.
